These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Peritus Content platform ("Service") operated by Peritus Content ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Peritus provides an AI-powered content pipeline tool that: discovers competitor blogs, performs keyword research, generates content strategy, produces title candidates and content outlines, and (on Create, Scale, and Agency plans) writes full blog drafts, generates AI images, and creates LinkedIn post variations. Deliverables are saved to your connected Google Drive.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Service is available on a paid subscription basis. Pricing is listed on our Pricing page. Plans available are Research ($49/mo), Create ($99/mo), Scale ($169/mo), and Agency ($299/mo), with annual options available at a 20% discount. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in USD.
Free trial. The Create plan is available with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at sign-up. No charge is made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged at the standard Create plan rate ($99/month or the selected annual equivalent) on day 8. Free trials are available once per account and are non-transferable.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then and will not be charged again.
We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Your content. Any content generated by the pipeline using your inputs belongs to you. You retain full ownership and may publish, sell, or distribute it as you see fit.
Our platform. The Peritus platform, its code, design, workflows, and brand are owned by us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active.
Content produced by the pipeline is generated by AI models. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, factual, original, or free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking all content before publication.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Research runs depend on third-party APIs (including Anthropic, OpenAI, and FireCrawl) and may occasionally fail or be delayed. We will communicate material outages by email.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or achieve any particular business outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peritus Content will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
