Common questions
Everything you need to know before subscribing.
What is a research run?
A research run covers a single niche or client. You enter their URL, and optionally key competitors. The run completes competitor discovery and analysis, keyword strategy, content gap analysis, and generates titles for your approval. The run then generates outlines for the approved titles and notifies you to review them. Once you've approved the outlines, the run produces complete written drafts.
What's the difference between Research and Create?
The Research tier provides competitor discovery and analysis, keyword strategy, content gap analysis, and generates titles. You take it from there. The Create tier does everything in Research, and generates outlines and produces complete written content, AI-generated images, and copy for LinkedIn posts.
Do unused titles and outlines carry over?
Unused titles and outlines carry over on the Create, Scale, and Agency tiers. So for example, if you generate 10 title candidates and approve 4 this month, the other 6 stay in your account. The same goes for outlines. You can still generate your standard number of content next month, and choose the titles and outlines to generate into complete pieces regardless of when they were generated.
How long does a research run take?
The research phase (analysis, keyword strategy, and titles) typically takes around 5 minutes. You'll get a notification when titles are ready to review. Outlines take around 5 minutes, and complete pieces usually take 5–30 minutes, depending on the number created. The run notifies you when outlines and full pieces are ready.
